These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trackifly ("Service"), operated by Trackifly ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Trackifly provides a self-hosted traffic tracking platform consisting of a Hub (control plane) and Edge (tracker) components. We provide software, licensing, and related services. You are responsible for deploying and operating the software on your own infrastructure.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Paddle). Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
We offer a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to track users without proper consent, violate applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA), or engage in any illegal or harmful activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with Trackifly. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
Since you self-host the software, tracking data is stored on your own servers. We collect minimal account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackifly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
